The Trevor-Wilmot Consolidated Grade School District takes pride in its strong community spirit and the positive representation of our district through various activities and events. Our logo and mascot, Trevor the Timberwolf, symbolize the unity and excellence of our school community, and it is crucial that they are used appropriately to maintain the integrity and reputation of the district.

To ensure that the Trevor-Wilmot Consolidated Grade School District logo and mascot are used consistently and appropriately, the following guidelines must be adhered to by all individuals, organizations, and businesses:

Official Representation:

The district's logo and mascot represent the heart and soul of our community and should only be used to support activities that align with the district's values and mission.

Permission for Use: 

Any individual, organization, or business that wishes to use the district's logo or mascot must obtain advance written permission from the Building Principal or District Administrator. This applies to all forms of usage, including but not limited to merchandise, websites, social media, printed materials, and promotional materials including District Support Organizations.

Prohibited Alterations:

The district's logo and mascot must be used as complete entities and should not be altered, stretched, or modified in any way. Additional wording, images, or graphics around, in, or on the logo and mascot are not permitted without prior approval.

No Implied Endorsement:

The use of the district's logo or mascot by external organizations must not imply or state endorsement by the Trevor-Wilmot Consolidated Grade School District. The district's logo should not be used in a manner that suggests the district endorses any product, service, organization or event without explicit permission.

Internal Usage:

Approved logos and mascots are available for use by district staff, students, and officially affiliated district organizations such as school clubs and teams.  Internal users should adhere to the guidelines outlined in policy to ensure consistency.  Please call extension 1100 for assistance with using our approved logos.

External Usage: 

External community members, organizations, or businesses not directly affiliated with the district must seek approval from the District Administrator before using the district's logo or mascot. Requests for usage should be submitted through the official logo usage request form available on the district's website.

• Complete the Logo Usage Request Form available on our website. 
• Submit the form to the District Administrator's office at least two weeks prior to the intended use.
