Our Primary Responsibilities

In the service of staff, the Human Resource/Payroll specialist,  is involved with:

• Employee relations and coaching, 
• Implementing compensation and benefit packages,
• Recruitment to meet the staffing plan of the District,
• Retention of employees,
• Evaluations, training and development, 
• Payroll and benefits,
• Retirement Plan administration,
• Substitute staff management, 
• State and federal reporting.
