Dear Trevor-Wilmot Community,
I am honored to officially introduce myself as the new District Administrator of Trevor-Wilmot Consolidated Grade School District. It is a true privilege to be appointed to this role.
Our district has earned a well-deserved reputation for academic excellence and offers boundless opportunities beyond the classroom, providing enriching learning experiences for students from kindergarten through eighth grade.
As an educator for 35 years, I deeply value the strong educational programming and services in place here. My background as an elementary teacher for 15 years, a Talented & Gifted Resource district coordinator for 4 years, and an administrator for 16 years has prepared me with a diverse range of experiences to draw from. As District Administrator, I am excited to focus on our strategic plan pillars:
-
Inspiring Student Engagement and Learning
-
Developing & Retaining Exceptional Staff
-
Connecting School & Community
-
Prioritizing Operational Excellence
In addition to our rigorous educational programming, I am eager to engage with the extended community throughout our district. Over the past 13 years, I have experienced firsthand the sense of pride that defines our community. Serving as the Director of Curriculum & Instruction and Principal, it has been wonderful to see how faculty members, parents, students and residents have been key in supporting the district’s core values. Please know that I intend to foster and cultivate positivity to ensure the continued success of our students, school and community. Through our commitments to collaboration, compassion, communication, equity, and a growth mindset, we will ensure student success.
While serving as your District Administrator, I plan to foster collaboration and clarity with all stakeholders and maintain an open-door communication policy. I encourage and welcome any questions, comments or concerns you have about our school and can be reached directly at 262-862-2356, extension 1112.
It is an exciting time for the Trevor-Wilmot Consolidated Grade School District, and I’m looking forward to the year ahead. I am committed to enhancing the educational opportunities for all of our students. Please accept my best wishes for happy and healthy learning!
Sincerely,
|
