District procedures for requesting use of any school facilities must be followed.

Groups intending to use the facilities on a regular basis shall present a request to the Board for consideration and approval at a regular meeting of the Board prior to the desired use of the facilities.

No user fees shall be charged for non-profit organizations which provide educational, recreational or service opportunities for students. Fees as established by the District electorate at the Annual Meeting shall be charged for the use of the facility.

The user group shall be responsible for appropriate supervision at any such time that the school facilities are in use.
