The District shall maintain complete financial books and records, use the standard accounting forms required by the Department of Public Instruction GASB and GAAP, and shall conform to all requirements of State Law for all funds. At the regular monthly meeting of the Board, the Treasurer or designee shall present a balance sheet for all funds and accounts except those accounts covered under policy 662.1, Student Activity Funds.

For fiscal purposes, the Board will capitalize all District property valued at or above $5000.00
