District sanctioned student organizations and activities may purchase supplies, materials or services using funds other than school district monies.

Funds raised for the benefit of school groups or organizations, or for school activities, where such groups, organizations or activities are not subsidized by District funds, shall be maintained in separate accounts under Fund 60 for Student Activities.

Funds raised shall be used for the purpose or designated event identified. Excess funds raised will be deposited in the appropriate class account. No funds will be returned to an individual student or transferred to a sibling or other student unless authorized by the Board.

A summary of account activity shall be presented to the Board.
