Support staff members are at-will employees and may be disciplined or discharged for any reason including but not limited to: misconduct, insubordination, gross negligence, failing to follow District Policies and administrative rules, and/or abuse of sick days.

Disciplinary actions may include verbal reprimands, written reprimands, suspension with or without pay, and dismissal as determined by the District Administrator. The employee’s immediate supervisor shall recommend disciplinary action to the District Administrator. The Board shall be notified of all terminations by the District Administrator in a timely manner.
