Substitute teacher compensation shall consist of the daily rate of pay established by the Board. There shall be no other compensation, except as is required by Federal or State Law (i.e., Social Security and Medicare contributions).
Long Term Substitutes
When a substitute teacher works in excess of twenty (20) consecutive days in the same teaching assignment, and continuing employment is anticipated, the teacher will be compensated at a higher daily rate, derived by the board. There shall be no other compensation, except as is required by Federal or State Law (i.e., Social Security and Medicare contributions.)
