The administration of the District is responsible for the direction, coordination, and control of students and staff in their efforts to reach educational and strategic goals adopted by the Board. The District Administrator is expected to administer the District in accordance with Board policy and administrative regulations.

The Board shall rely on its chief executive officer, the District Administrator, to provide the professional administrative leadership that promotes successful student achievement.

To demonstrate leadership and to manage the operation of the District, the Board expects the administration to be proficient in decision-making, communication, planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating.
